The\nCallier Child Development Program provides an inclusive learning environment\nfor preschool children who are deaf or hard of hearing enrolled in Dallas\nISD-Dallas Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD). Enrollment for\nthese students is a public-school placement through the Dallas RDSPD and\nfollows the federal and state guidelines of the Individuals with Disabilities\nEducation Act (IDEA) 2004.
