Preschool Program Manager
Beth Harben joined the Child Development Program in 2012 as the preschool program manager. She leads the preschool teachers who have specialized training and education in the care of children ages 2 to 5. Ms. Harben has served the early childhood community for over 25 years as an educator, trainer and administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.
