Translational Auditory Perception (TAP) Laboratory
The TAP lab is focused on studying changes in auditory perception following noise or drug induced hearing loss. To study these changes, the TAP lab uses a variety of animal models of human auditory problems to study the effects of hearing loss on temporal processing, hearing in noise, intensity discrimination and abnormal auditory perceptions such as tinnitus.
