The UT Dallas Callier Center for Communication Disorders houses state-of-the-art facilities for basic and applied research in the communication sciences and disorders. These include laboratories for the study of child language, autism spectrum disorders, speech production, neurogenic speech and language disorders, cochlear implants and aural habilitation.
Comprehensive clinical services in speech-language pathology and audiology, early childhood education classrooms, and preschool education programs for children with hearing impairment provide readily accessible populations for research.
